Contact Leads and its Contacts

Contact Leads and its Contacts: Establish and maintain strong communication channels. This helps build trust, understand lead needs, and nurture relationships throughout the lead journey. By organising lead contact details, businesses can ensure timely follow-ups, provide personalised interactions, and effectively convert leads into long-term clients.

To contact leads, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to the main navigation header bar and click on Leads.
- Access the list of all leads, select lead(s) you want to contact by clicking on the checkbox placed next to each lead.
- Click on the three-dot on the right-hand side and select any of the two options either Send SMS or Send Mail.

Leads - Send Mail or Send SMS
- For example, if you want to send a Mail, click on Send Mail.
- The Mail screen will appear, with auto populating the email IDs in the To field. Fill in the details in the appropriate fields.
- Click Send Email.

Similarly, to send an SMS, click on Send SMS.

To contact Lead Contacts, follow the steps below:
- Access the list of all leads, then click on any lead to navigate to the Lead Summary page.
- Click on the Contacts section, select the Contact(s) by clicking on the checkboxes next to each contact and select either Send Mail or Send SMS.
