New Features
In this release, we’ve introduced several new features and enhancements to improve your efficiency. The Lead Workflow Master now allows you to create stages and map them to stage types, enabling streamlined lead management. The Lead Management Module displays standard workflows, making it easier to add, manage and convert leads into clients. With the Quick Add Lead feature, you can save time by adding leads with minimal steps. We’ve also introduced the Lead Source Master for consistent source tracking and the ability to customise the Leads terminology across the system.
Enhancements include optional Client CRM field for flexibility, refined client module access permissions for better control, and displaying leads under the Client Related To section in meetings for seamless association. Resolved issues include a fix for email signature errors in meetings and over 20 internal bug fixes, ensuring a smoother, more reliable experience.
