X.2.2 - Enhancement

This release improves the knockout candidate application flow for Shared Job Apply Page and Seek/Broadbean link-out applications. When “End application if candidate is knocked-out” is turned OFF, knocked-out candidates will still be created and mapped to the job workflow, but moved to the Rejected stage instead of Inbox. Job Log, Candidate Activity, and Audit Log entries are now captured for improved tracking and auditability. This release also fixes issues where the Knockout stamp was missing, and the application date was incorrectly displayed in the candidate application PDF.

1. Application form - Knockout Disabled - Candidate apply
When the configuration “End application if candidate is knocked-out” is turned OFF, the candidate will still be created and mapped to the job workflow but will move to the Rejected stage instead of Inbox. This applies to recruiter-shared application forms and jobs posted via the Seek & Broadbean link-out feature. Additionally, Job Log, Candidate Activity, and Audit Log entries will now be captured for knocked-out cases to improve tracking and auditability.
For Knocked Out cases, the logs maintained in the system are as follows:
-
Job Summary > Job Log – Donna Reynolds applied through the Application Form, was marked as Knocked Out, and moved to the Rejected workflow stage (with timestamp).
-
Candidate Summary > Activity – Donna Reynolds was assigned to the Business Analyst job (Ref ID: VX02) and marked as Knocked Out.
-
System Settings > System Audit Log
-
John successfully applied for the job “Business Analyst” (Ref: 990) via the Application Form.
-
John applied for the job “Business Analyst” (Ref: XR-990) via the Application Form and was marked as Knocked Out.
