The Candidate Activity page logs candidate creation details, including source information like forms or emails, providing clarity on how candidates are added.

To navigate to the candidate activity page, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the main navigation header bar and click on Candidates.
- You will find a list of all candidates. By clicking on a candidate, you will be redirected to the Candidate Summary page. Then, navigate to the Activity section.

- Candidate creation through Form submissions, Xeople Smart-email, or EOH.
- Candidate creation from sources other than Form submissions, Xeople Smart-email, or EOH.

Note: The three sections on the Activity page - Older, Last 30 days, and Upcoming - provides a standardised way of organising candidate-related activities, making it easier for you to navigate and understand the information presented.
Note: Access detailed event logs by clicking on the Activity log, ensuring a seamless user experience. The system now shows active timestamps like "20 minutes ago" for recent entries, enhancing real-time visibility.
Deleted data, such as notes, is now tracked in the Activity log, providing comprehensive record-keeping.
The Refresh option updates the page for the latest data, while Search helps quickly find specific candidate activities.
Information: Clicking on any record within the activity tab will direct you to the specific section to view the record in detail. For example, clicking on a note within the activity tab will redirect you to the Notes section of that particular log to view its details.
