Marketplace Configuration - Microsoft 365

In the realm of Microsoft 365, email is handled through Outlook—an integrated email client. Outlook enables users to send and receive emails, manage calendars, and organise tasks, providing a comprehensive solution for efficient email communication within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

To enable Microsoft 365, proceed by following the steps outlined below:

  • Click on the Profile picture and select My Profile from the drop-down menu.
  • Click on Email Integration from the left navigation panel.
  • Click on both the check boxes:
    • Sync my Calendar, select day(s) to sync your calendar from the drop-down menu.
    • Emails sent or received will only be synced with the contacts listed in this application. Disregard any other emails.

Information: The Days to sync calendar option ensures that the Xeople application synchronises only meetings from the selected days.

  • Locate Microsoft 365 and activate it by clicking on the Connect option.

  • Similarly, to unlink Microsoft 365, click on Disconnect.
