Manage Contacts
Effortlessly manage your client contacts, assign clients and streamline collaboration seamlessly.
Make sure to complete all the steps below to set up your contact management process and streamline your client communication workflow.
Here's an elaboration on the purpose of each setup step:
- Step 1. Create a Contact: Create and manage client representatives who act as key points of communication for understanding requirements, addressing queries, and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Step 2. Contacts Landing: Access a centralised list of all client contacts created within the system for quick monitoring, updates, and streamlined management.
- Step 3. Share Contact with Entire OnHire – Contacts Landing Page: Share contact records with Entire OnHire (EOH), including the associated client or service locations. A contact may be linked to one or multiple clients. Ensure the respective client(s) are shared with EOH before sharing the contact.
- Step 4. Contact Summary – SMS: Send SMS messages directly to client contacts from within the platform for quick, effective, and timely communication.
- Step 5. Contact Summary – Share Contact: Share contact details with EOH along with their associated clients. Sharing is only possible when the linked client(s) have already been shared to EOH.
- Step 6. Assign Client: Assign one or more clients to a contact to define their association. This ensures clear responsibility, efficient communication, and quick resolution of client requests.
- Step 7. Contact a Person: Engage directly with client contacts to strengthen relationships, understand their needs, gather feedback, and provide timely support or solutions.
- Step 8. Call Page – Contact Summary: Access a dedicated Calls tab displaying all logged calls for a contact, with the option to manually log new calls for accurate activity tracking.
