Share Contact with Entire OnHire – Contacts Landing Page
Managing and tracking client contacts is crucial for ensuring effective communication and fostering strong relationships. A contact can refers to a client representative with whom you can engage in communication or interaction within the platform to discuss the requirements or needs of the client. A contact can be associated with one or multiple clients or service locations (terminology in EOH).
Before going through this article, we strongly recommend you read the Entire OnHire integration article, click here: Marketplace Configuration - Entire OnHire (EOH). This article will give you information on how EOH is integrated and how you can subscribe the feature(s) under it.
To ensure seamless integration between XR and EOH, it's assumed that the feature is subscribed to from the marketplace (Share Contact).

You can share contact profile with Entire OnHire (EOH. This process serves multiple purposes:
- Maintains a contact repository in XR as well as in EOH.
- Ensures that both XR and EOH maintain synchronised contact (named as professional in EOH) data, facilitating consistency across platforms.
- If a contact already exists in EOH, sharing a client from XR becomes more streamlined, eliminating redundant data entry.
To share a Contact, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the main navigation header bar and click on Contacts.
- You will view the list of all contacts along with their basic details.
- Click on the three-dot button and select Share Contact or select the checkbox and click the three-dot button in the top right.

- Share Contact screen appears, fill in and verify all the details.
A contact can only be shared to EOH if the mapped client(s) is already synced with EOH. If not, an alert will appear: “The selected client is not synced with EOH. Share the contact with a client that is synced with EOH. This ensures contacts are only linked to clients present in EOH, maintaining data consistency across platforms.

- The screen will display all the required fields which needs to be filled. Some fields are prefilled as listed below:
- First & Last Name: This mandatory field auto-populates with the contact's first and last name from XeopleRecruit (XR) and is non-editable.
- Email ID and Phone Number will be displayed in read-only mode and passed when pushing the contact from XR to EOH.
- Gender: An optional dropdown field in XR that pre-fills with the contact's gender if available; otherwise, users can select a single value manually.
- Country: A mandatory dropdown field in XR, defaulting to Australia, which users can edit.
- Professional Level: This mandatory field defaults to Staff and is editable. Values are fetched via the EOH API, and users can select a single option from the dropdown.
- Admin Location: The mandatory dropdown field will display all selected, synced EOH clients as removable chips—these are chosen from the Client tab listing. You can select a client directly from the dropdown. This dropdown will only show clients that are both synced with EOH and mapped to the contact,
- Once all fields are checked, click on the Share Contact button.
Share Contact
Upon successfully sharing a contact to EOH, a pop-up notification will confirm the creation, displaying the assigned professional ID from EOH. This professional ID is then updated in the contact's record within XeopleRecruit (XR) to ensure data consistency across both platforms. Additionally, XR sends this Contact ID back to EOH for future reference, maintaining synchronisation between the systems.
If a contact is successfully pushed from XR to EOH and mapped under the synced client, clicking the share contact feature will open a pop-up message which gives info like, this contact is already pushed to EOH with Professional ID.
Contact Summary - Synced Details
- All the transactions will be recorded in the audit log (System Settings > System Audit Log).
