Contacts Landing
The Contacts Landing page includes a comprehensive list of all client contacts created within the system.
To navigate to the Contacts Landing page, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the main navigation header bar and click on Contacts.

You will view the list of all contacts along with their basic details.

- Search: Allows you to swiftly locate specific contact(s) by entering keywords or search terms, facilitating efficient retrieval of relevant contacts or details.
- Refresh Button: Allows you to refresh the page and update the contact listings in real-time.
- Proximity: The proximity search feature allows you to find contact(s) by entering an address and setting a specific kilometer (KM) range around that address as a permanent filter.
Under the three-dot button:
- Actions to customise columns: Provides options to customise the displayed columns, allowing you to focus on the most relevant contact details. Each column consists of column (kendo)filter to preform specific searches. For e.g., added EOH ID (professional ID received from EOH), Synced By, and Synced On in the action column, allowing you to customise displayed columns based on shared and synced data with EOH.
- Filters: Allows you to filter contact(s) data based on various criteria. Added EOH ID, Synced By, Synced On to filter contact(s) based on the shared and synced information with EOH.
- Send Mail & SMS: Click on the checkbox placed in front of the contact’s name to send mail or SMS directly to contact(s). It works for one or multiple contact(s) selected. It works for single/multiple selections.
The email description header includes a Job Placeholder, containing job-related tags such as Job Title, Job Type, Candidate Name, Job Owner, Location, Experience, Salary Band, and more, to insert in the email description. These are dynamic content tags which pick the values from the Job listing automatically.

- For SMS, click the Insert Template button to choose an existing template instead of composing a new message.
- You can see the selected contact (s) main phone number(s) in the To field in read mode. The main number added against the contacts is picked by default. To add a contact number, go to Contact Summary>View Summary>Personal Details>Phone Number.
- Type in your message and click Send.
- Share Contact: Click on the checkbox placed in front of the contact’s name to share contact with Entire OnHire (EOH). Maintain a synchronised contact repository, ensuring data consistency, associating contacts with one or multiple clients or service locations, and streamlining client sharing by eliminating redundant entries. It works for one selection at a time.

- Column Filters: You can use the column filters to refine the data displayed in a particular column based on specific criteria or conditions.
Under the three-dot button placed in front of the contact's name:
- View Summary: Will let you navigate to the contact summary page where you can find details.
- Share Contact: Share contact with Entire OnHire to maintain a synchronised contact repository, ensuring data consistency, associating contacts with one or multiple clients or service locations, and streamlining client sharing by eliminating redundant entries.
Contacts Landing Page - Actions to Perform
Actions to perform while scrolling right:
- Contact Email: Send email to contact from here itself.
- Phone Number or SMS: Make calls if a calling app is integrated and installed in your system or send SMS to contacts if the phone number is available.
- You will see the SMS Credit Balance on the top
SMS credit are payment units that determine how many text messages you can send, each SMS (up to 160 characters) or multipart message consumes one or more credits. In XeopleRecruit, you can manage SMS credits in two ways: you can purchase them directly through your client account, or the XR team can buy credits from Kudosity (SMS) and allocate them to you.

- When you click type your message here, the Phone Type dropdown displays all available numbers (if added). It defaults to the main number if no SMS has been sent, otherwise, the last number used for SMS is shown. Simply pick a different number if needed, SMS will go to whichever number you select. Add one or multiple contact numbers under Contact Summary>View Summary>Personal Details>Phone Number.
- Click the Insert Template button to choose an existing template instead of composing a new message and click Send.
