Leads Landing

The Lead Landing Page offers a centralised view to access and manage all your leads in one place. It showcases key details for each lead, such as the lead name, full address, lead generator, lead source, and other relevant information.

To navigate to the Lead Landing page, follow these steps:

  • Navigate to the main navigation header bar and click on Leads.
  • Select a Lead Workflow.

  • You can view all your lead listings on the Lead Landing page.

Actions to perform on the Lead Landing page:

  • Create a Lead by filling all the details in the form. The lead is created under the workflow selected at the time of lead creation.
  • Lead Workflow: You can switch between Lead Workflows and create a lead within a desired workflow. Click on the workflow drop-down on the top right of the screen.

Note: On the Lead Landing page, you can view the workflow, and the number of leads mapped to each workflow stage. Each workflow stage is mapped to a stage type. 

Information: Stage type refers to the category or classification assigned to each stage within the workflow. It helps organise and categorise the various phases or steps of the process.

  • Three dots: It allows to perform single or bulk actions for lead(s):
    • Accept: Mark leads as accepted for further follow-up or consideration.
    • Reject: Decline leads that do not meet your requirements.
    • Send Mail: Communicate with leads via email.
    • Send SMS: Send text messages directly to leads.

Note: After thoroughly reviewing the lead, click Accept to move it to the next stage. If a lead has completed the Discovery stage but is deemed unsuitable, click Reject to move it to the stage associated with the Rejected stage type.

  • If in case you have placed a lead in a rejected stage, and you want to move the same lead ahead, click on the Accept button.

Information: You can perform bulk actions (Accept & Reject) on the Leads in the same stage of the workflow. Leads on different stage of the workflow, the bulk option will be disabled.

    • Lead Summary: View a summarised profile and key information about leads.
    • Convert to Client: Transform qualified lead(s) into client(s). This option will be enabled only if the selected lead is in the last stage (mapped to a closed stage type). To read more on Convert Lead into a Client form, click here: Create Client.

Information: Client name must be unique; if a match is found, the system will prompt Name already exists.

Note: The client status defaults to ACTIVE, with no option for NEW LEAD. The Client Relationship Manager field is optional. After saving, the lead will be converted to a client and removed from the workflow pipeline. The lead will no longer appear in workflows and will be listed under client with the activity log transferred to the new client profile. The Parent Client field will be available for user(s) to select a client, and contacts will be linked to the client.

Information: You can view the Lead Summary and Convert to Client options for one lead at a time.

  • You can view the selected Lead Workflow, providing clarity on the workflow associated with the displayed leads, along with the total number of leads at each workflow stage.

Note: Stages mapped to a stage type will display their corresponding numbers. If a stage type has no leads or isn't mapped to any stage, it will show as 0.

  • Refresh Button: Allows you to refresh the page and update the lead listings in real-time.
  • View Workflow: View the complete workflow, including all stages, to track lead progression.
  • Search: Allows you to swiftly locate specific lead information by entering keywords or search terms, facilitating efficient retrieval of relevant lead(s) or details.
  • Filters: You can use advanced filters to quickly sort and refine the displayed lead listings based on various criteria such as lead name, location, lead source, lead generated by, etc.

Note: You can add multiple filters from here by click the (+) button on the filter pop-up. Also to remove selected filters click on the Remove all Filters button.

  • Actions: Help you to customise columns appearing above all the listed leads to reflect the field type.
  • Grid View: Presents job details in a card-style format, offering you a quick and intuitive way to scan through essential information. Actions available in the grid view are Accept, Reject, Call, Mail, SMS and Pin.
  • Each grid displays data such as lead name, lead workflow stage, pin, date & time date and time of when the lead has been mapped to whichever stage applicable, lead source, and options to accept or reject.

Information: Clicking on the stage allows you to move the lead to a sub-stage or sub-sub-stage.

Information: Lead source refers to the channel or method through which a lead is generated, helping businesses track and optimise their marketing efforts. Pinning a lead allows you to keep it at the top of the list for easy access and quick reference.

Information: If you manually move a lead by drag and drop, you cannot skip any stages, sub-stages, or sub-substages included in the lead pipeline. You will receive a message prompting you to first move the lead to the previous mapped stage. Similarly, if a substage is included in the lead pipeline, move the lead to the substage before proceeding to further stages. 

Information: Moving Lead(s) back word is allowed in a Lead Workflow.

Note: When a lead reaches the Convert to Client stage, an option to Convert to Client will appear. Click it and fill in the required details to convert the lead into a client.

Lead Listing Page – Actions – Grid View

  • Column Filters (Kendo): Each column listed above the lead lists, have specific column filters.
  • Lead Listings: Displays a list of all your created lead(s) in the specific workflow.
  • Check Box: Select the check box to perform action on lead(s).
  • Pin: Pin a lead to prioritise or quickly access it later.
  • Three-dot Button: You will have the options for each lead to either Accept, Reject, Send Mail, Send SMS, Pin, Call, view Lead Summary, Convert to Client or Move Workflow.

Information: Clicking on Move Workflow enables you to move the lead to a sub-stage or sub-sub-stage.
