Overview of Dashboard Indicators functionality:
- The indicators displayed below will now reflect based on the filters you’ve applied:
Information: For instance, if you selected a specific workflow and 10 jobs fall under it, all indicators will reflect data from those 10 jobs.
Information: Select the indicators you wish to display on your dashboard. For more information, click here: Configure settings for admin and end users.
-
- Active Job(s): Jobs that are neither expired nor closed. This indicator is independent of global/static filters.
- Example: Out of 50 total jobs, 10 are closed, and 5 are expired. Active Jobs = 50 - (10 + 5) = 35.
- Total Placement(s): The total number of placements is determined by summing the headcounts for all selected jobs, applying a global filter without considering any specific date range. This ensures an accurate representation of the total required headcounts across jobs, regardless of time constraints.
- For example, if Job A requires 4 headcounts, Job B requires 3, and Job C requires 5, the total placements would be calculated as 4 + 3 + 5, resulting in 12.
- Open Placement(s) refers to the number of headcounts that remain unfilled and need to be placed by the recruiter. This indicator is not dependent on the global date period. Formula: Open Placements = Total Headcounts Required−Total Headcounts Filled.
- For example, if Job A requires 5 headcounts and 2 have been filled, and Job B requires 3 headcounts with 1 filled, the Open Placements would be calculated as (5 - 2) + (3 - 1), resulting in 3 + 2 = 5. Thus, the total Open Placements will be 5.
- Candidate(s) Processed: The total number of candidate(s) who applied for job(s) within the selected date period. If the same candidate applies for multiple jobs, they are counted only once. This indicator depends on the global date period and displays the total candidate count.
- Example: If the Last 7 Days date period filter is applied on November 21, 2024, it will display all candidates who applied for jobs between November 15, 2024, and November 21, 2024.
- Candidate(s) Placed: The total number of candidates in the Hired stage within the selected date period. This indicator depends on the global date period and displays the total number of such candidates.
- Example: If the global date period is set to Last 30 Days (October 22, 2024, to November 21, 2024), and five candidates moved to the Hired stage during this period, the Candidates Placed indicator will display 5.
- Placement Filled Ratio measures the percentage of jobs where the required headcount matches the number of candidates in the Hired stage (mapped to a Hired stage type). This indicator depends on the global date period and in %.
- For example, consider two jobs during a specific period. Job A requires five hires, but only three candidates have reached the Hired stage, resulting in 60% fulfilment (3/5×100). Job B requires three hires, and all three candidates are in the Hired stage, achieving 100% fulfilment (3/3×100). Combining these results, the total headcount required is eight (5 + 3), while six candidates were hired (3 + 3). This leads to an overall Placement Filled Ratio of 75% (6/8×100), offering a clear view of hiring effectiveness across multiple jobs.
- Open Jobs %: Jobs that are neither expired nor closed and have no candidates in the Hired stage (mapped to a hired stage type). This indicator is not dependent on the global date period and displays the total number of such jobs.
- Example: Out of 30 active jobs, 5 have candidates in Hired. Open Jobs = 30 - 5 = 25
- Cancelled Jobs %: This metric counts the total number of jobs marked with a Cancelled status within the selected global date period.
- Example: If you select the global date filter as Last 7 Days and three jobs Job A, Job B, and Job C were cancelled (status cancelled) during this period, the Cancelled Job(s) indicator will display 3.
- Active Job(s): Jobs that are neither expired nor closed. This indicator is independent of global/static filters.
Information: A closed job is one that has been successfully filled, marking the end of the recruitment process. A cancelled job, however, is withdrawn before completion, often due to changes in hiring plans or the role no longer being required.

-
- Placement Unfilled Ratio: This metric calculates proportion of job placements (no of headcounts required for job(s)) that remain unfilled out of the total available placements. It helps measure recruitment efficiency by identifying how many roles are still open compared to those that are filled or cancelled. The formula is: Placement unfilled ratio = (Total Placement - (filled placement - open placement - cancelled placement))/Total Placements*100.
- For example, if there are 100 total placements, 60 filled, 20 open, and 5 cancelled, the unfilled ratio is 15%.
Information: Unfilled refers to when the number of headcounts does not match the number of candidates in the stage mapped to the hired stage.
-
- Candidate(s) Rejected: This metric calculates the percentage of candidates moved to the Rejected stage (mapped to a Rejected stage type) within the selected time period.
- Example: If you select the global date filter as Last 7 Days and five candidates Candidate A, Candidate B, Candidate C, Candidate D, and Candidate E were moved to the Rejected stage out of a total of ten candidates processed during this period, the Candidate(s) Rejected indicator will display 50% (5/10×100).
- Candidate(s) Rejected: This metric calculates the percentage of candidates moved to the Rejected stage (mapped to a Rejected stage type) within the selected time period.
