Sync your Emails

Email Integration allows you to seamlessly connect your email account with XeopleRecruit. This makes communication and tracking related to recruitment activities much easier. All your relevant email communications are centralised within the platform, making them easy to reference and track.

To sync your emails, proceed by following the steps outlined below:

  • Click on the Profile picture and select My Profile from the drop-down menu.
  • Click on Email Integration from the left navigation panel.
  • The Email sent or received checkbox is auto selected to ensure that emails are sent or received only from contacts listed in the application, disregarding any other emails. If you wish to sync all emails, deselect this option according to your needs.

  • Select any email service provider from the options below and click on Connect.

Information: Upon connection, your mailbox is synced with the system mailbox, enabling access to your emails. You can conveniently find them under Home > Mailbox, streamlining access and saving time by eliminating the need to navigate to your external mailbox.

Note: Once connected, you'll receive an auto generated email confirming the successful linking of your account with the Xeople workforce. This email will contain a link to open the inbox or disconnect the service if needed.

  • Similarly, to disconnect your emails, click on Disconnect.
