- The colour legend will indicate Light Green for Average, Dark Green for Above Average, and Red for Below Average.
-
- The colour legend is designed to visually compare My/Team Performance with Organisation Contribution through three distinct indicators: Light Green, Dark Green, and Red. Light Green signifies that the performance is on par with the organisational average, Dark Green represents performance that exceeds the organisational average, and Red highlights performance that is below the organisational average.
- The performance metrics are displayed in a table format, showcasing key performance indicators (KPIs), My/Team Performance, Org. Contribution, Team Size, and My Contribution (%).
- KPI Calculations: The KPIs displayed will reflect the data based on the selected global and job filters. Behaviour of each KPI with respect to team size is different based on global filter.
-
- My/Team Performance: This metric is calculated based on the user’s selection. If only the logged-in user is selected, it reflects the individual’s contributions to each KPI. However, when multiple users are selected, My/Team Performance aggregates the efforts of all selected users under the Team(s) drop-down, showing a combined performance across KPIs.
- Org. Contribution: This always shows the total performance of all recruiters in the organisation, including the logged-in user. It provides a high-level view of the overall organisational performance across all KPIs, irrespective of the selection of individual or team members.
Information: Org. Contribution is calculated based solely on the selected job workflow. Jobs selected in the job filters do not affect the calculation of Org. Performance, which is determined by the users selected in the global filter (single or multiple).
-
- Team Size metric represents the number of recruiters contributing to each Key Performance Indicator (KPI), providing insights into individual and team contributions. If no team is selected, it includes all recruiters in the organisation who have contributed to the KPI. When a specific team is selected, it calculates the team size by counting only the contributing recruiters from that selected team.
-
-
- For example, if an organisation has 10 recruiters and 6 contribute to KPI 1 (Active Job(s)), the team size will display 6 if no team is selected. If a specific team of 5 recruiters is selected, and 4 of them contributed to KPI 1, the team size will show 4. If the global filter for team selection is missing, the metric defaults to including all contributing recruiters across the organisation.
-
Note: In My Contribution, the label adjusts dynamically. It displays My Contribution if a team is not selected and No of People & Contribution% when a team is selected in the Teams field.
- My Contribution (%): This displays the percentage of contribution made by the user in relation to the team’s performance. It is shown in a progress bar format, with data presented on the user’s average percentage, effort, and the pending efforts to reach the average. The calculation for My Contribution (%) is consistent across all KPIs.
- For example, in case of Active job(s) KPI, if My/Team performance is 6, the team size is 4, and the organisation performance is 20, the grey bar will be set in accordance with 4. To calculate the average, divide the organisation performance (20) by the team size (4), (20/4) which equals 5, meaning each user should contribute 5 active jobs. The percentage is calculated as (5/20) × 100 = 25% individual average (25% each for 4).
- User performance is calculated as ((My/Team performance) / (Organisation performance)) × 100. For example, (6/20) × 100 = 30%. If the individual average is 25% and a user contributes 30%, the bar will display the portion above the average in Dark Green. If the user contributes less than 30%, say 20%, the bar will show 20% in Green and the remaining 5% in Red. If your performance is exactly at the individual average box, the individual average box will display 100% in Light Green.
- The area outside the bar indicates the gap between individual contribution and the average. For example, if the contribution is 30% and the average is 25%, the bar shows +5%, indicating 5% above the average. Conversely, if the contribution is 20% and the average is 30%, it will show -10%, reflecting 10% below the average

- Performance Evaluation:
-
-
-
-
- Below Average: If my performance is 0%, the bar will display in red with 0%, and the individual average will appear in red with a minus sign. If my performance is above 0%, the bar will show a mix of light green and red, reflecting the respective percentages.
- On Average: The bar will be entirely light green with a 100% completion indicator.
- Above Average: The bar will display a mix of light green and dark green. For example, if the user’s performance exceeds the team average, light green will represent performance until it reaches the average, and dark green will represent the portion above average. Refer My Contribution for example.

- KPI Calculations: Here’s how each KPI is calculated:
-
Information: The displayed data dynamically updates based on selected global and job filters, such as job workflow, jobs, and status. For example, if the default workflow is selected with all jobs, the KPIs will display data based on those job filters.

-
- Active Jobs are jobs currently in progress, involving activities such as sourcing (not expired), interviewing, or hiring stages, with ongoing candidate activity. Jobs that are neither closed nor expired are considered active. Open Jobs are jobs posted and available for applications (not closed or expired and have no candidates in the Hired stage (mapped to a hired stage type)), but not necessarily in progress or actively recruited.
