  • Xeople Search - Candidate Search

Fixed an issue where the XeopleSearch functionality was not returning candidates based on the applied search conditions/criteria. XeopleSearch now returns candidates matching the search criteria. 


  • Audit Log - Incorrect Search Results and Loading Issues

Fixed issues with the Audit Log where different date range filters displayed incorrect results and scrolling through additional records caused the page to become unresponsive. The Audit Log now displays the correct data for the selected date range and allows users to scroll through records without the page getting stuck.


  • Candidate Landing - Customise Column - Proximity Filter 

Fixed an issue where the Proximity Filter could not be rearranged or placed in other columns. The Proximity Filter has now been removed from the Customise Column option, as it is currently not supported.

  • Share Job Apply Page Link - Issues

Fixed an issue where the Share Job Apply Page (application form) link was not working correctly on Facebook. The Facebook mobile app adds a fbclid tracking parameter to the URL, which caused the system to display a “Link Expired” message. The URL now works correctly.


  • Auto Push - Candidate Apply via Application Form 

Fixed an issue where Gender was not automatically pushed to the EOH side when a candidate applied through the Application Form. Gender is now automatically pushed to  EOH along with the candidate’s other application details.


  • Auto Push - Resume - Not Displaying - EOH

Fixed an issue where the resume was not displaying in EOH after being auto-pushed from the Application Form when candidates applied (App Form, Broadbean, or Seek Linkout).


  • Auto Shift - Date Format 

 Fixed an issue where AI interpreted dates in MMDDYY format instead of DDMMYY. Date handling has been updated to correctly interpret and display dates in DDMMYY format.
