Understanding Lead Workflow and its details

Lead Workflow refers to the sequence of stages that a lead progresses through from creation to fulfillment. It outlines the steps involved in managing and nurturing a lead, ensuring that each phase is systematically tracked and executed. This workflow helps streamline the process, maintain consistency, and improve conversion rates by ensuring leads are properly followed up, evaluated, and transitioned into potential clients.

Here are the actions you can take when clicking on Leads in the main header:

  • Lead Creation: This involves initiating a new lead by adding key details such as the lead's name, contact information, and associated workflow. This step starts the journey of turning a potential lead into an active opportunity.
  • Here, you will find a list of all the active Lead Workflows you created from the Lead Workflow Masters.

Note: You can designate any workflow as the default in the Lead Workflow master. Additionally, you cannot delete the default workflow, as the delete option is disabled for this case.

Information: You can make the workflows inactive from the lead workflow masters. This hides the entire workflow and its associated leads from the leads page. When users navigate to the leads section, inactive lead workflows are not displayed.
