In the candidate summary page, the option to map a candidate to a particular job by Job Title provides a convenient and efficient way to associate candidates with specific job openings directly from the candidate summary page itself.
Assigning job(s) to a candidate from the candidate summary page offers several benefits:
-
Provides a centralised location for managing candidate-job associations, reducing the need for switching between multiple screens.
-
Helps ensure that candidates are correctly linked to relevant job opportunities, minimising the risk of errors or oversights.
-
Offers you clear visibility into which candidates are being considered for particular roles, aiding in better organisation and decision-making.
- Saves time by eliminating the need to search for and select candidates from separate job listings.
