Manage Job Posting

Managing job postings involves overseeing the creation, monitoring, and optimisation of job advertisements or listings to attract potential candidates for open position(s) within an organisation. This includes tasks such as creating compelling job descriptions, posting openings on various job boards, tracking the performance of job postings, making updates or modifications as needed, closing or reopening job postings, and analysing data to improve recruitment strategies.

To navigate to the Manage Job Posting page, follow these steps:

  • Navigate to the main navigation header bar and click on Jobs.
  • Select a Job Workflow.
  • Select a job from the list and click on the three-dot button.
  • Click View Job.

  • Click on Manage Job Posting.

Note: Prior to posting a Job-to-Job Boards, navigate to the marketplace to integrate the desired Job Boards. For more information on integrating Job Boards, click here: SEEK, Broadbean.

Information: This option tracks the performance metrics for each job. Active pipelines provide clear metrics on the number of candidates who have applied to the job and their source.

  • Choose a Job Board from the list to post the Job.

Job Summary - Manage Job Posting - Post Job

  • After publishing a job on the selected job boards, you can effortlessly edit and publish, view, or expire it as needed.

  • Upon click on the Back to Job Landing, you can check the details like active pipeline, days to fill, expiry, status of the job, etc.
  • If you need to close or reopen a job, click Close Job here. Additionally, once a job is closed, you'll have the option to reopen it.

  • Once a job is published on the job boards, candidates applying through that job posting will be automatically mapped to the particular job. To check the details or communicate, navigate to the Job summary page, select the candidate, and perform actions such as emailing, SMS, scheduling meetings, etc.
