    • Step 1. Application/System Settings: Configure and personalise XeopleRecruit to adjust its behavior and appearance to suit your needs.
    • Step 2. Multiple Organisations / Locations / Branch Office: Manage multiple organisations, locations, or branch offices within XeopleRecruit. Configure and oversee candidates, jobs, clients, contacts, employees and leads across different business entities or branches efficiently.
    • Step 3. Configure Xeople SmartEmail: Automatically create and map candidates to a designated job by sending an email to a Xeople-generated address that combines the user’s email, candidate details, and the job reference ID.
    • Step4. Candidate Skills Master: Consolidate and organise candidate skill data. Configure this to efficiently match candidate skills with job requirements, streamlining the hiring process.
