Application ROI (Return on Investment)

- Application ROI (Return on Investment): This section displays a comparison of visitor (candidate) data from the last 7 days against the previous 7 days. It includes sources of candidates, such as application forms, EOH, as well as the number of candidate applications submitted versus applications started.
- The Application ROI is filtered based on static and Job-related filters.
- The View Data option allows you to see combined subsection data for each parent section on a separate page. You can apply column filters, use the download icon to export data as Excel or PDF, perform global searches, and navigate through multiple records with pagination.
- Clicking the Download option gives you two choices: Excel or PDF. Selecting Excel downloads the entire section's data as an Excel file, while choosing PDF exports it as a PDF file.
- Click Full Screen View to expand the Application ROI section to full screen. To return to the normal view, click the Section View icon.
- Expand/Collapse will let you collapse or expand the Application ROI Collapsing will hide all subsections but will keep the parent section visible.
- The six-dot icon allows you to drag and drop the entire section wherever you need.
- Visitors Graph displays the total number of visitors who accessed the job application page through all sources (e.g., Application Form, Form, SEEK, etc.), including both successful applicants and those who started but didn’t submit their application. The graph shows visitor totals over the selected period.
Information: The X-axis displays the date range defined by the user's filter, while the Y-axis represents the total number of visits.

- Comparison with feature allows you to compare visitor data for the previous 7 days, previous month, and previous year across all selected jobs.
- The Chart type option allows users to switch between different charts available for the section. The chart type available are Line Graph, Bar and Column.

Information: When a candidate fills out the application but cannot submit it, the system will display the captured data, such as first/last name, email address, visited dates, and job fields. This data is captured for individuals who entered the information and clicked Next on the application page.
Information: If a candidate visits the application but doesn't fill it out, an entry is made with the application status marked as Missed, and all job-related fields will be blank, as no data was captured.
Information: If the tenant enables knockout applications for their jobs through configuration, the system will assign a candidate status and display that status in the view data.

- Source Completion Rate shows the visitors who accessed the job application page through sources like Application Form, Seek, Broadbean, etc., including both successful applicants and those who started but were unable to submit their application.

Information: The source with the highest success rate for completed applications will appear at the top, sorted in descending order.

- The second column displays the total number of visitors from each source, with expressions of interest counted as visitors. The visitor count will adjust based on the selected filters.

Information: In relation to the Form, Xeople Smart-email, and EOH, candidates created and mapped to a job are considered Visitors.

- The third column displays the number of candidates created in the system (successfully completed the job application) from each application source.
- The fourth column shows all candidates in the Shortlisted stage, where the stage type is mapped, based on the source.
- The fifth column will display all candidates in the Hired stage, where the stage type is mapped, according to the source.

Information: For the application form, visitors (expressions of interest) is counted based on the email ID to ensure that the same email is not counted multiple times as a visitor.
Application ROI – Source Completion Rate

- The Application Completion Rate represents the percentage of job applications successfully completed and submitted / number of applications started * 100.

Information: The application completion rate is reflect based on the job workflow and the filters selected.

- The Active jobs (total count of jobs that are currently open and accepting applications) will be reflected based on the workflow, job(s) and the filters selected.
- Published and Unpublished Jobs displays the count of both published and unpublished jobs from the total active jobs.
- For example, if there are 12 active jobs, 7 are published on job boards, while 5 remain unpublished and have not yet been posted on any job boards.
- This section displays both the Total Visitors and the Total Successful Applications.
- For example, if the Total Visitors to the job application page is 1,000, and the Total Successful Applications submitted is 250, these numbers will be displayed as follows: Total Visitors: 1,000 & Total Successful Applications: 250.
