This feature enables sharing the Job Apply Page link with candidates created and manually mapped to a job in the system. When only minimal details of a candidate, like email and name, are available, sharing the Job Apply Page allows obtaining the full details. This process ensures candidates complete the necessary application, provide all required information, and formally apply for the position, maintaining organised records and ensuring compliance with the company's hiring procedures.
