An Application Form is a document or digital interface used to collect information from individuals applying for a specific job. The purpose of an application form is to gather standardised information from applicants in a structured format. It typically includes fields for personal details (such as name, contact information, and address), educational background, work history, skills, qualifications, and any other relevant information required for the application process.

To navigate to the Map Application Form feature, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the main navigation header bar and click on Jobs.
- Click on a Job Workflow and select a job from the list below.
- Click on the three-dot button and select Edit Job.

- Scroll to the bottom of the Edit screen and select the required status from the Status drop-down.
- Enable the Map Application Form toggle button.
- Click on (+) to map an application form.

- The Map Application Form pop-up will appear. You can add a new application form by clicking on (+) or remove a previously added one by clicking on the (x) icon.
