      Map Application Form

      An Application Form is a document or digital interface used to collect information from individuals applying for a specific job. The purpose of an application form is to gather standardised information from applicants in a structured format. It typically includes fields for personal details (such as name, contact information, and address), educational background, work history, skills, qualifications, and any other relevant information required for the application process.

      Application forms serve several purposes:

      • Application forms ensure that all applicants provide the same information in a consistent format, facilitating fair and objective evaluation.
      • By providing a structured format, application forms make it easier for applicants to complete the application process efficiently. Application forms also streamline the review process for the organisation receiving the applications.
      • Application forms collect comprehensive information about applicants, allowing the organisation to assess their qualifications, experiences, and suitability for the opportunity.

      • Application forms often include legal disclosures and consent statements, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing the application process.

       To navigate to the Map Application Form feature, follow these steps:

      • Navigate to the main navigation header bar and click on Jobs.
      • Click on a Job Workflow and select a job from the list below.
      • Click on the three-dot button and select Edit Job.

      • Scroll to the bottom of the Edit screen and select the required status from the Status drop-down.
      • Enable the Map Application Form toggle button.
      • Click on (+) to map an application form.

      • The Map Application Form pop-up will appear. You can add a new application form by clicking on (+) or remove a previously added one by clicking on the (x) icon.
      • Furthermore, selecting Manage will direct you to the Application Form section, where you can create a new form within the Job Status Master.
      • Click Done and Save the Job.
