Share Job Apply Page Link
Share Job Apply Page Link allows you to effortlessly share job applications with others by providing a link or URL. This feature empowers you to extend the reach of job postings by distributing the application link through channels like email, social media, or messaging platforms. It fosters wider engagement with potential candidates, thereby enhancing the recruitment process.
Previously, when an application form was shared with candidates, they could choose between only two options: Autofill with Resume and Apply Manually. After enabling the Seek Integration through the marketplace, candidates will see an additional option: Apply with SEEK.

Apply with SEEK
- This sends an email to the candidate at the email address provided.
- When the candidate(s), click on Apply Now, this will navigate to the job application form.

Email – Candidate – Apply
- The application form page opens, clicking apply will navigate them to the three options to apply. Autofill with Resume,Apply Manually and Apply with SEEK.
If the Seek Integration is disabled from the Marketplace, candidates applying for a job will only see the two available options configured in the application form: Autofill with Resume and Apply Manually.

Application Form – Apply
- They will see three options like, Autofill with resume, Apply manually and Apply with Seek.
- Upon clicking apply with seek for example they follow the steps mentioned below.

Apply Options – Apply with Seek
- This will prompt candidates to log in to their SEEK profile if they are not already signed in. If they are already logged in, they will be directly redirected to the Allow Access to XR screen.

Seek - Login
- Upon sign in, candidates will see a pop-up requesting consent to allow XR to access information from their SEEK profile.
- XR has an existing integration with SEEK; however, candidate data is only accessed after explicit permission is granted. Based on the candidate’s selection—Allow access or Not Now—SEEK redirects them back to XR.
- If the candidate selects Allow Access, XR retrieves their profile details and pre-fills the application form. If Not Now is selected, the candidate is redirected to the application form without any prefilled information.
Logging in to SEEK alone does not share any data with XR. The candidate must explicitly grant permission for their profile information to be accessed.

Allow Access – XR - Seek Profile
- This action allows selected details from the candidate’s SEEK profile to sync with the application form. The following fields are automatically populated from the candidate's SEEK profile, if exist: Resume (File), First Name, Last Name, Email ID andMobile.
Recommend Reading: What are the Application Form Fields (Apply with Seek option) and how they work, click here: Application Form Fields.
- They can verify and edit the information and click Submit.
If any mandatory field in the application form is missing, the candidate will receive an alert and can manually complete the required information before submitting the form.

Verify – Submit
- The application will be successfully submitted.

Candidate Application – Submitted
- Once a candidate submits the application, the Primary Owner and Job Owner(s) will receive an email notification for the new application received.

Email – Primary / Job Owner(s) – New Candidate Application
- The candidate will be created in the Candidate module and automatically mapped to the corresponding job in the Jobs module. You can click the job from the Candidate Summary >Jobs. This will navigate you to the specific job.
- Fields extracted and manually filled will be saved under the Candidate Summary > Summary and Resume section.
- The resume will be automatically parsed, and you can view the extracted details under Candidate Summary > Resume > Parsed Resume.

Candidate – Created – Job – Mapped to Job
- The candidate source in this case will be recorded as the Application Form, since the candidate is created through it. This information will be visible on the Job Summary page of the job to which the candidate is mapped.
