XR ↔ EOH: Data Sync
This article provides an overview of the fields displayed when sharing a Client, Contact, Candidate (Member/Applicant) and the fields which sync two way that is from XeopleRecruit (XR) to Entire OnHire (EOH) and vice versa.
Configurations: To integrate with Entire OnHire, see: Marketplace Configuration - Entire OnHire (EOH). Subscribe to Share Job, Share Client, Share Contact and Share Profile. If the client and member already exist in EOH, you can share the job as long as Share Job is subscribed — even without Share Client or Share Personnel.
Concepts:
- A contact can only be shared to EOH if the mapped client(s) is already synced with EOH. You can only share candidates as members when sharing a job to EOH.
- In EOH, clients are linked to specific Service or Delivery Locations, which are essential for timesheet approvals and related workflows.
