Xeople Search - Entire OnHire Pool

Under Xeople Search, the Entire OnHire pool allows you to search, match & extract candidates from Entire OnHire to XeopleRecruit. You can choose specific candidate data to export, including Skills & Expertise, Notes, and Emergency Contact information, by applying certain search parameters.

  • After the Entire OnHire is Connected, go to the Subscribe Feature and click Subscribe to Search, Match & Extract Entire OnHire Members.
  • Once integration is complete, Entire OnHire will appear in the Xeople Search Pool.

To source a candidate via Search, Match & Extract Entire OnHire Members, follow these steps:

  • Navigate to the main navigation header bar and click on Home.

  • Click Xeople Search and select the Search Pool as Entire OnHire from the drop-down.
  • Choose one or more parameters from the list to refine your search and find the most suitable records. Then, click on Search Xeoplers located on the top right-hand side.

  • Upon clicking Search Xeoplers, you will see a list of all the candidates extracted from Entire OnHire. Click on the checkbox placed in front of the candidate you wish to extract to Xeople.
  • Click Bulk Extract.

You can Extract or Bulk Extract the member(s)/candidate(s) without selecting the Job. On successful extraction, the selected member(s)/candidate(s) are extracted into the XeopleRecruit.

If in case you want to extract only one candidate, click Extract placed on the particular candidate tile.

  • A pop-up appears asking you to select data you wish to extract. Select as per your needs and click Extract.

General and Contact information will be extracted by default.

  • After extraction, a confirmation pop-up will appear indicating that the candidate(s) have been extracted to Xeople.

  • Now, when you click on Click Here, the details will be downloaded in Excel format.

  • You can then view the extracted/sourced candidate on the Candidate Landing page.

  •  All candidate details, including the Date of Birth (DOB), are stored in Candidate Summary > Summary. The DOB field is editable and synchronises bi-directionally between XR and EOH. Any changes made to the DOB in either XR or EOH are automatically updated in the other system, ensuring data consistency across both platforms.  

  • Once a resume is uploaded or updated, the candidate details are automatically extracted and saved under Candidate Summary > Resume > Parsed Resume.

To Extract & Map:

  • Home → Xeople Search page
  • Select the “Entire OnHire” Search Pool and select the required Job from the available list
  • Define the search criteria by picking from Choose search field(s) to find the best matching records and click Search Xeoplers.
  • The total matched data is displayed in the Xeople Search page as shown in the figure below.

    • You can extract and map a single selection by clicking Extract & Map for the required member/candidate or
    • You can also extract and map multiple members/candidates by clicking on the required checkboxes, where you’ll see the count in Bulk Extract & Map increases with each selection. 

     Note: You can select a maximum of 10 members/candidates for Bulk Extract & Map at a time. After selecting all required members/candidates, click Bulk Extract & Map to proceed. 

    • On clicking the Extract & Map/ Bulk Extract & Map button, the Confirm Mapping pop-up screen opens
    • Now select/ deselect the checkboxes (General, Contact, Skill & Experience, Emergency Contact, and Notes) and click Extract.

      • The selected member(s)/candidate(s) are successfully extracted and mapped into the XeopleRecruit with all the details. The Confirmation Message pop-up screen shows:
        • Candidate Id, Candidate Name, Status, and Status Message details
        • Number of members/candidates extracted successfully into the XeopleRecruit
        • Number of members/candidates who failed with Status Message showing the reason for transfer failure
        • Example: In the below figure, 7 out of 10 members are successfully extracted and mapped to XeopleRecruit which indicates the ‘7' members are successfully extracted and mapped with the selected job and the remaining 3 members failed to transfer

      Click the link ‘Click here to view extracted report’ to download the log file that includes the reason details of the members/ candidates. The successful transactions are extracted into the selected organisation of XeopleRecruit, and if the selected member(s)/candidate(s) already exists, it will update the required details.
