  • Click on the (+) button on the top to add a checklist.
  • You see two options, one to Create Checklist and Create Checklist Group.
  • Select Create Checklist and enter the details in the respective fields.

Note: The Related To field specifically relates the checklist to a specific Job Workflow, Job, Industry, Position, etc.

  • Click on the (+) button at the bottom to add task(s) to the checklist.
  • Add task(s) and select any one or all the option to get the response.

Note: Required Response as a Free Text: This means that the task requires to provide a text-based response. It could involve typing out answers, comments, or notes relevant to the task. This response is typically free form, allowing flexibility in what information the recruiter inputs.

Required Attachment: This option requires to attach a document or file as part of completing the task. It could be a resume, portfolio, assessment report, or any other document necessary for evaluating the candidate or completing the task.

Mark as Mandatory: It indicates that the task is crucial and must be completed for the recruitment process to progress. Typically, this is visually highlighted or flagged to ensure recruiters prioritise and complete these tasks promptly.
