Qualification
Qualification refers to the academic, professional, or technical credentials (degrees, certifications, licenses, formal recognitions, etc) that indicate a person’s educational background or expertise.
Purpose of Qualification
Qualification is used to:
- Capture educational and professional details
- Classify candidates or employees
- Support filtering and search
- Enable eligibility and matching logic
- Standardise data across the system

To navigate to the Qualification Master, follow the steps below:
- Click on the Profile picture and select Administrator from the drop-down menu.
- Click on Master Data from the left navigation panel and select Qualification under General.

- Click on the (+) add button on the top left.
- Enter the required fields and click Save.

- Click on the three-dot button placed in front of each qualification to edit or delete it.

Add Qualification – Save
- You can select the newly created Qualification from the Qualification drop-down when creating a job to ensure only suitable candidates are shortlisted.
