Enhancements
1. Client - Field Update - Add or Edit Client
The Client Relationship Manager field is now optional rather than mandatory.
Access permissions are now driven by the tenant access permission master data, replacing the hardcoded configurations. The access dropdown will be available when adding a client, defaulting to Public, with editable permissions on the client summary page.
When you create a meeting from the Quick Add option or Meetings tab on Home and select Client for the Meeting Related To field, the Related To field will display a combined list of clients and leads for the user to choose from.
4. Client Summary - Added Fields
The Client Summary page will now display fields for Lead Source, Lead Generated By, Lead Generated On, and Lead Workflow in a disabled mode, with no editing access. If a lead is converted to a client, these fields will transfer to the client profile as read-only; if created directly, the fields will appear empty and remain non-editable.
A new lead status has been added to the client status master to improve lead tracking and management.
