Client VS Job Notes Log

Client Notes Log:

  • The Client Notes Log is a record of all communications, interactions, and important details related to client engagements.
  • It includes notes, comments, and updates regarding client meetings, discussions, and requirements.
  • These logs are essential for tracking progress, addressing client concerns, and providing personalised service.

Job Notes Log:

  • The Job Notes Log is a repository for all information, updates, and discussions related to a specific job opening.
  • It contains notes on candidate evaluations, interview feedback, and any other relevant details pertaining to the job.
  • Job Notes Logs facilitate collaboration among hiring team members, ensuring everyone is informed about the status and progress of each job.
  • These logs are valuable for documenting the recruitment process, tracking candidate interactions, and making informed hiring decisions.

To navigate to the Client VS Job Notes Log page from the List View, follow these steps:

  • Navigate to the main navigation header bar and click on Jobs.
  • Click on a Job Workflow and select a job from the list below.
  • Click on the three-dot button and select View Job.
  • To view the client vs job notes log(s), click on the three-dot button in front of each candidate and choose Actions

Three-dot - Actions 

  • Click on the Client tab on the right-hand side of the screen and select Notes.
  • You can view all the client notes attached for this specific Job.
  • Clicking Manage will redirect you to the specific Notes tab under the Client Summary page, allowing you to add notes.

Note: You can add a note by clicking the Add Note button at the bottom.

  • Similar, click on the Job tab on the right-hand side of the screen and select Notes.
  • You can view all the Job notes attached for this specific Job.
  • Clicking Manage will redirect you to the specific Notes tab under the Job Summary page, allowing you to add notes.
