Client VS Job Document

Client Document:

  • A Client Document typically refers to any form of documentation related to a client, such as contracts, agreements, briefs, profiles, or any other materials exchanged between you and your client.
  • These documents contain information about the client's requirements, preferences, expectations, and terms of engagement with you.
  • Client documents are crucial for establishing and maintaining a professional relationship between you and your clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding requirements and responsibilities.

Job Document:

  • A Job Document, on the other hand, pertains specifically to documents related to job openings or recruitment processes within an organisation.
  • Job Documents may include job descriptions, resumes, application forms, interview evaluations, contracts, or any other paperwork involved in the hiring process.
  • These documents are essential for attracting, evaluating, and selecting candidates for employment, as well as for documenting the terms and conditions of employment agreements.
  • Job Documents also play a vital role in ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to hiring and employment practices.

To navigate to the Client VS Job Document page from the List View, follow these steps:

  • Navigate to the main navigation header bar and click on Jobs.
  • Click on a Job Workflow and select a job from the list below.
  • Click on the three-dot button and select View Job.
  • To view the client vs job document(s), click on the three-dot button in front of each candidate and choose Actions

  • Click on the Client tab on the right-hand side of the screen and select Documents.
  • You can view all the client documents attached for this specific Job.
  • Clicking Manage will redirect you to the specific Documents tab under the Client Summary page, allowing you to add documents and folders.

Information: When you click on any document, options will appear at the bottom of the screen, including Internal Share, External Share, Share as Attachment, View Details, View Document, and Download.

  • Similar, click on the Job tab on the right-hand side of the screen and select Documents.
  • You can view all the Job documents attached for this specific Job.
  • Clicking Manage will redirect you to the specific Documents tab under the Job Summary page, allowing you to add documents and folders.
