Assigning client(s) to a contact allows you to designate client representatives as primary points of contact for your employees. These representatives facilitate efficient communication and collaboration, ensuring that client inquiries and requests are promptly addressed, enhancing overall client satisfaction.
To assign client(s) to the contact, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the main navigation header bar and click on Contacts.
- You will view the list of all contacts along with their basic details.
- You can either click on the three-dot icon and select View Summary or simply click on the contact.
- This will open up the contact summary page, navigate to the Clients section and click on the Assign Client.
Note: Search allows you to swiftly locate specific client(s) by entering keywords or search terms, facilitating efficient retrieval of relevant client or details.

- Upon clicking assign client, you will see the list of all the client you have created.
- Choose the client(s) you wish to assign to this contact by selecting the checkboxes next to each client's name, then click on Assign Client.

- To delink client(s) from the contact, click on Delink Client.

Actions you can perform on the Contact's Summary page:
- Edit: Modify the contact's details.
- Send Mail: Compose and send an email to the contact.
- Send SMS: Compose and send a text message to the contact.
