In this release, we have enhanced the features accessible through the three-dot icons for each candidate in the job summary – grid view.

Extracted Details Enhancement:
- Upon selecting Entire OnHire as the search pool and extracting members from EOH to Xeople Recruit, a confirmation message screen now facilitates the viewing of extracted details. The updated screen includes the following:
- A link named Click here to view extracted report has been introduced. Users can access this link to view all the details of the extracted members in an excel file.In the table, the extracted member details include Candidate IDs and Candidate Names, Status, and Status Message (indicating success or failure).
- For successfully extracted members, the status is labelled as SUCCESS, and the status message is displayed as Successfully Extracted.
- The file name of the extracted file follows a defined format, EntireExtract_8_Sachin_121020231354.xls,” where:
- “EntireExtract” is a static label.
- “8” represents the number of successfully extracted members.
- “Sachin” is the first name of the logged-in user.
- “121020231354” represents the current DDMMYYYYHHMM.
Xeople Search Landing Screen:
- On the Entire OnHire card, the message prompting users to select a maximum of 10 cards has been updated to “You can select a maximum of 10 candidates only.”
- When a user clicks any candidate on the “Entire OnHire” card, both the Extract and Extract & Map buttons are now enabled for streamlined functionality.
