• New Feature - Xeople Search – Entire OnHire Integration in Xeople

The Xeople Marketplace has activated a new integration, Entire OnHire, connecting two key products: Entire OnHire (EOH) and XeopleRecruit. Given the substantial amount of data in our legacy product, Entire OnHire (EOH), we’ve introduced a feature that allows users to search for talent within the Entire database from within Xeople.

In XeopleRecruit, under Xeople Search, users will now have the option to search for Applicants and Members in the EOH database based on keywords, qualifications, expertise, CV parsing and more.

    • Expanded Talent Pool: XeopleRecruit (XR) users now have access to an extended talent pool from the Entire database to fill open positions within Xeople.
    • Advanced Search Filters: Users can filter their searches based on various parameters, as shown in the table attached below.

• Xeople Search – Entire Extract Candidates in Xeople – PAID Service

Xeople users can extract data from Entire to Xeople, with the flexibility to choose which data they wish to export. This includes Skills & Expertise, Notes, and Emergency contact information.

• • • Member and Applicant Extraction: Xeople users can easily extract data of members and applicants from Entire to Xeople.
    • Bulk and Single Extraction: Users have the option to perform bulk extractions, with a maximum of ten records at a time.
    • Selective Data Extraction: Users can select what data to extract from the following categories:
      • Personal (Mandatory)
      • Contact (Mandatory)
      • Skills & Expertise (Optional)
      • Emergency contact (Optional)
      • Notes (Employment & Screening notes) (Optional)
    • The following data is extracted and mapped with Xeople data:
