Resolved Issues:
1. Job Landing - Workflow Stage Count - Inaccurate NumbersResolved the issue on the Job Landing page where users saw an incorrect count of 182 applications in the inbox, regardless of job ownership. Now, Admin users can view all active jobs and candidate counts, while non-admin users see only their own jobs and workflow stage counts.
CV parsing from Xeople Smart-email and Resume Parsing now accurately captures phone numbers, ensuring the country code is correctly separated from the mobile number.
Corrected the SMS timestamp for sent and received messages to display an accurate time difference, enabling precise tracking down to the second.
Corrected the time discrepancy for personnel shared from EOH to Xeople, ensuring accurate time display.
Resolved the application form issue where emails in the BCC section were incorrectly appearing in the CC section upon applicant submission.
6. Cloning Application Form Displays Default Email Instead of Custom Template
Resolved the application form cloning issue where the default email content was displayed on the Thank You page instead of the user-created template.
Fixed the date entry issue on the Candidate/Employee summary page by restricting manual date entry. Users can now only select dates from the calendar to prevent invalid date errors
Fixed the candidate push issue to EOH from Job Action. Candidates in stages like Client Interview (mapped with interview stage type) will no longer have the interview status automatically checked, which allows users to push candidates without mandatory date entry blocking the process. Interview details are now only required for the third option when passing details to EOH. Additionally, the date field now retains entered dates correctly, resolving the disappearing date issue.
Resolved: The Primary Owner filter with the All condition now displays Confidential and Protected jobs for the logged-in user. Admin users can view all jobs as expected in the jobs section.
Resolved: Public documents in the Document section for candidates, clients, jobs, and employees now have delete access enabled for all users, including Admin and Super Admin, when All permissions are set.
Resolved: Fixed the issue were adding the first phone number with the type of Main triggered a Duplicate Records error for clients without an existing phone number. Additionally, when adding a second phone number, users can now select types other than Main without encountering duplicate errors.
Fixed the UI/UX issue causing the client detail side panel to freeze frequently, ensuring users can now close the panel smoothly without interruption.
Fixed the issue preventing new status additions from being saved when users clicked the save button.
The job marked as confidential is no longer visible to users with the Internal Staff role, ensuring proper confidentiality is maintained.
The Applied Source Form now correctly displays the appropriate source under the job detail page in both card and grid layouts, eliminating the previous error of showing APP.
