Expanded character limits for additional description fields, allowing for more detailed information.

5. Mail & Web Notification to Primary Owner & Owners in case of Candidates Apply for Job

Enhanced email and web notifications to ensure primary owners and relevant stakeholders are promptly informed when candidates apply for jobs.

6. MFA with 'Trust This Browser' Functionality (Remember Me for 30 days) in XeopleRecruit Application

Implemented Trust This Browser functionality (Remember Me for 30 days) in the Xeople application for a smoother and more secure login experience.

Enhanced the Applied Source pie chart with active filter indicators and a reset option for full data view. Expanded search to cover candidate name, applied sources, and relevant details. Renamed Applied Source in card/grid layouts to Internal for candidates mapped via Xeople search, Form assign candidates or assign jobs.

8. Job Summary & Job Action - Recent Changes

Updated candidate links to open summary via name and card via profile picture. Revised pie chart and filters, renaming Source of Apply to Applied Source with new filter conditions (does not contain).

9. XeopleRecruit – Login Page

The Xeople login page now displays relevant menus for easy access to key features. The Announcements Menu shows the current announcement count, opening a popup with system downtime details and a link to the Knowledge Hub poster. The Knowledge Base and Support menus are activated, linking to the Knowledge HubSpot and support login page, respectively. Non-functional menus are removed for a cleaner design. Additionally, a functional Privacy Policy link is added to the footer, ensuring users can access essential information effortlessly.

10. Across Candidate Module & Quick Add Candidates Drop-down

The Recruiter field now supports single selection when adding a candidate through the form. This ensures data accuracy by allowing only one recruiter to be assigned per candidate.

11. Across application - Support Apostrophe (') in Email Address

The system now supports email addresses containing special characters, such as an apostrophe (') (e.g., o'connor@example.com), across all modules.

12. Home – Under Help – Added a Roadmap link

The Roadmap option in the application now takes you to Monday.com, providing better insights into planned and upcoming features.

13. Xeep Logo Implementation: Login, Xeople Smart Email & Application Form Screens

Xeep embodies Xeople’s supportive culture, serving as the Chief Cheer Officer (CCO). Focused on customer success and innovative problem-solving, Xeep brings a quick-thinking approach to overcoming challenges while fostering a positive and engaging user experience.

The Xeep logo integration is complete for system loading screens and all candidate application form PDFs etc., ensuring consistent branding across key user interactions.

14. Contacts - Proximity Filter

The Contact Landing page’s proximity filter searches by contact location. Two radio buttons, Clients (default) and Contacts, have been added. Selecting Contacts works as before, while choosing Clients filters contacts based on their associated clients' locations.

For instance, if Melbourne VIC 3000 is set with a 5 km proximity, contacts linked to clients within that range will be displayed. Data is retained when switching between options until the search is executed. An alert will appear if no results are found.

15. Contact Landing, Quick Add Contact & Contact Summary - Email Optional

Email is now optional when creating a contact but must remain unique.

16. Contact - Increase Character Length of Position Field

The Position field under Contact (landing (add contact) & summary page) now supports up to 50 characters, allowing longer job titles such as Regional Sales Manager-Northern Division.
