Why can't I see any jobs for a workflow even though it says there are jobs attached?

The automatic filter for the jobs is to only show jobs that you have been made a primary owner within a workflow. If you have not been made a primary owner in any jobs within the workflow, you will not be able to see anything. 

You are able to change the settings to see all jobs connected to a workflow or even specific jobs connected to a particular person. 

To do this, please follow the following steps. 

  1. Click Job, then the workflow you want to see jobs connected to. 
  2. Click the filter button
  3. Filter to Primary Owner, Contains, All (or any specific person you want to see the jobs attached to). Hit Save.
  4. This will then allow you to see all jobs attached to a workflow
  5. To delete this filter, click the red 'X' next to the filter button, then Yes.
