Understanding SEEK Integration Options with XeopleRecruit (XR) and Entire OnHire (EOH)

This guide explains how SEEK job applications work when connected to XeopleRecruit (XR) and Entire OnHire (EOH).

It covers:

  • The difference between Optimised Apply (Native Apply/Link Out) and Apply with SEEK

  • Which methods are supported by XR and EOH

Overview of Application Methods

Platform-Specific Details

Entire OnHire (EOH)

  • EOH supports Apply with SEEK (Link-Out) only.

  • Candidates are redirected from SEEK to your EOH-hosted application form.

  • This setup is managed through SEEK and cannot be changed within EOH.

XeopleRecruit (XR)

  • XR supports both Optimised Apply (Native Apply) and Apply with SEEK (Link-Out).

  • The method depends on how your SEEK advertising account is configured:

    • Some accounts use Native Apply only (no redirect).


    • Others use Link-Out (redirects to external form).

  • XR automatically adapts to whichever method your SEEK account supports.
