Share Job with Entire OnHire (EOH) - Job Summary

Before proceeding we strongly recommend you read the job landing article, click here: Share Job with Entire OnHire (EOH) - Job Landing. This will give you an in-depth clarity on how to share a job with Entire OnHire (EOH) in details.

To share a job with EOH from the Job Summary three-dot button, follow the steps below:

  • Navigate to the main navigation header bar and click on Jobs.
  • Click on a Job Workflow and select a job from the list below.
  • Click on the three-dot button and select View Job or directly click on the Job Title.
  • This will redirect you to the Job Summary page. By default, the grid view appears. The Share Job option will be available for candidate in the Hired stage (mapped to a hired stage type or any stage mapped to Ready to Hire stage type).
  • Click on the checkbox next to the candidate’s name and select Share Job below.

A job cannot be shared with EOH without linking it to a client. Map a client before sharing the job.

  • The assign member screen will have the selected member with no selections for other members in the hired stage if any. Review and enter the details and click Next. Next moves you to different tabs under the assign member tabs. Once you review all you will be moved to the Job Order screen.

Make sure the member has an Active status to share a job with EOH.

If any candidate(s) are not in the Hired stage (mapped to a Hired stage type or any stage mapped to Ready to Hire stage type) you will be able to share a job without a member. If you don’t select a member using the checkbox and choose Share Job from the three-dot menu on the top right-hand side, the system will auto-select the most recently moved candidate to the Hired stage (mapped to a Hired stage type or any stage mapped to Ready to Hire stage type) (based on timestamp). You can still manually select or deselect members as needed. If no member is selected, the job will be shared without a candidate.

If both the client and member do not exist in EOH, the Client, Assign Member, and Job Order tabs will be displayed. If the client exists but the member does not, only the Assign Member and Job Order tabs will appear. When both the client and member exist in EOH, you’ll see only the Job Order tab. If the member exists but the client does not, the Client and Assign Member tabs will be visible, with the selected member shown as disabled and marked as Successfully Pushed, followed by the Job Order tab.
