Share CV helps you to easily send a candidate's resume or CV directly to others through the platform. This feature streamlines the recruitment process by allowing recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to collaborate more efficiently. Instead of manually emailing or sharing CVs through separate communication channels, you can share candidate CV from within the platform.
To navigate to the Share CV feature, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the main navigation header bar and click on Jobs.
- Click on a Job Workflow and select a job from the list below.
- Click on the three-dot button and select View Job.

- Choose a candidate from the list, then click on Share CV.
- This action will prompt a pop-up to appear; enter the email ID and click Share.
