In this release, we've added a Contacts option to the Related To dropdown menu in Email Templates. Additionally, a Contact placeholder is placed in both Email and SMS Templates, offering specific options under My Profile.
Key Changes:
- When configuring email & SMS templates, using placeholders is highly effective, allowing seamless insertion of contact information. Instead of manually typing each contact's details, placeholders dynamically populate information from your contact list.
