In this release, we've added a feature that allows mapping a recruiter to each candidate directly from the Quick Add Candidate panel during candidate creation.
Key Changes:
- When adding a candidate, a new optional dropdown field Recruiter is added. This dropdown lists all active employees (users invited to the application) and is placed after the position field.
- The Recruiter field is designed as a multiple selection field, displaying recruiter names in chip form with a cross icon for easy removal.
- Once a recruiter is mapped to a candidate, this information will be visible on the Candidate Landing page after the Position The same feature has been integrated into the filter and customise column options.
- On the Candidate Summary page, the recruiter's name will appear under general information, positioned just after the position field. During editing, you can modify this field.
- For enhanced usability, recruiter names are displayed with a profile picture and name tooltip or in chip form.
