The Job Landing page allows you to access and manage all your created job openings in one place. It provides essential details about each job, such as title, type, location, and other pertinent information.
To navigate to the Job Landing page, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the main navigation header bar and click on Jobs.
- Select a Job Workflow.

Actions to perform on the Job Landing page:

Create a job via completing a Form.
- Job Workflow: You can switch between Job Workflows and create a job within a desired workflow. Click on the workflow drop-down on the top right of the screen.
- Filters: You can use advanced filters to quickly sort and refine the displayed job listings based on various criteria such as job type, client name, location, publish, owners, etc. For e.g., if you apply the Job Owner filter All you can see your jobs and jobs related to all owners. If in case, you select a specific job owner, you will see job(s) related to that owner.
Note: You can add multiple filters from here by click the (+) button on the filter pop-up. Also to remove selected filters click on the Remove all Filters button.
- Actions: Help you to customise columns appearing above all the listed jobs to reflect the field type.

Refresh Button: Allows you to refresh the page and update the job listings in real-time.
- Grid View: Presents job details in a card-style format, offering you a quick and intuitive way to scan through essential information.
- Search: Allows you to swiftly locate specific job information by entering keywords or search terms, facilitating efficient retrieval of relevant jobs or details.
- Job Workflow Display: You can see the selected job workflow, providing clarity on the workflow associated with the displayed jobs.

You can see the total number of candidate applications at each workflow stage. Clicking the number displays the total applications for each job of the current user, with a briefcase icon that dynamically updates according to the applied filters. Note that the pipeline count excludes candidates in the rejected stage.
- Your Pipeline: The total number of candidates mapped to your jobs at each stage constitutes your pipeline.
- Other’s Pipeline: Others' pipelines represent the total number of candidates mapped to the jobs of other employees at each stage.

Note: If a candidate is mapped to jobs held by two owners, both your pipeline and the other owner’s pipeline will show the same number. If you are not the job owner, your pipeline will not display any candidates, but the other owner’s pipeline will show the candidates mapped to other jobs.

- Job Listings: Displays a list of all your created jobs in the specific workflow.
- Three-dot Button: You will have the options for each job under the three-dot button to either Edit, View, Close Job, Reopen a Job, or Clone a Job.
Information: The Reopen Job option becomes visible once you close a job.
- Column Filters: Each column listed above the job lists, have specific column filters. Options under it are Starts with, Ends with, Contains and Does not contains.

Starts with: Filters job listings by entries starting with specified text.

Ends with: Filters job listings by entries ending with specified text.

Contains: Filters job listings by entries containing specified text.

Does not contain: Excludes job listings with specified text.

- Quick Filters: Helps you to quickly search the Job based on the configured parameters in the list.
- Active positions: View all currently active job positions.
- Expires in a week: See jobs that expire within the next week.
- To fill in a week: Find jobs that need to be filled within a week.
- Not published: Browse jobs that are not yet published.
- Published: Check jobs that are already published.
- Overdue: Identify jobs that are past their deadline.
- Total jobs: View the total number of job listings.
- Total expired jobs: See the total number of expired job listings.
- Closed job(s): Look at jobs that have been closed.
- Publish, Published, or Re-published Jobs: Easily post a job directly from here if it wasn't initially published to job boards during creation. For published jobs, simply click Published to post on the same or different job boards. Alternatively, for re-published jobs, ensure updated information reaches candidates. All publish jobs which are expired will be greyed out for easy identification among the lists. Access the Job Summary page under Manage Job Posting to post the job. Once published, job status is updated on the landing page.
