In this release, we have improved the functionalities accessible through the checkbox provided for each candidate in the job summary grid view.
Key Advantages:
- Users can now access an expanded set of options under the checkbox provided for each candidate on the Job Summary page in Grid View.
- New options added with corresponding buttons from the action panel include Accept, Reject, Remove, Read, Unread, Call, Send Mail, Send SMS, Pin, Move To Folder.
- The functionality and logic for the new options remain consistent with the existing system. The functionality of each button is as follows:
- Accept: Indicates the candidate’s acceptance to a stage in the recruitment process. With this option the candidate is moved to next stage in the job workflow.
- Reject: Discontinue their application. With this option candidate moved to the stage will revert to the rejected stage.
- Remove: Removes the candidate from consideration or a specific stage in the workflow.
- Read: Marks a candidate profile as read to signify acknowledgment.
- Unread: Marks a candidate profile as unread to indicate that it has not been viewed yet. Unread works for single candidate selections against each candidate. When a profile is marked as unread, the candidate’s profile name appears in bold format, indicating its unread status.
- Call: Initiates a phone call to the candidate for communication or further discussion.
- Send Mail: Sends an email to the candidate for correspondence or providing additional information.
- Send SMS: Sends a text message to the candidate for quick communication or updates.
- Pin: Marks or prioritizes the candidate for convenient reference or attention. The pin functionality has been implemented seamlessly, incorporating the same logic and validations as utilized in the Action panel. Users will now observe a pin icon adjacent to the three-dot icon in the grid. Clicking on it will pin the candidate, and clicking again will remove the pin.
- Move to Folder: Implemented functionality enables users to open a standard folder pop-up, facilitating the smooth movement of candidates to different folders.
- Existing options have undergone label changes: Job Action to Actions, Create Activity to Add Meeting, View Candidate Summary to Candidate Summary.
- No stage selection validation is required for individual candidate actions.
- The Read log will remain in the job log history.
