Introducing an enhanced feature in this release, focusing on improvements to the Closed & Re-open Job functionality within the job landing page.
Key Advantages:
Closed job Placement on Job Landing Page:
- All closed jobs are now prominently displayed on the Job Landing page, featuring a highlighted colour to draw attention.
- Closed jobs are positioned below active jobs, visually distinguished by a greyed-out colour, ensuring user awareness of their closed status.
- Closed job sorting is now aligned with the sorting order based on the Job title.
Reopen Job Feature:
- The Close Job option is no longer shown in disabled mode for already closed jobs, providing a streamlined interface.
- The Reopen Job option is automatically enabled once a job is closed.
- A Reopen option, denoted by an icon, is added in the three-dot menu on the job landing page.
- A default confirmation message is displayed for non-expired jobs: “Are you sure you want to reopen this job?” Clicking ‘Yes’ reopens the job.
- Users can now edit the Job Expiry Days field, saving the changes to reopen the job and make it active.
- Reopened jobs lose their highlighted status, and the closed stamp is removed from the detail page.
- The Close Job option is re-enabled for the job once it is reopened.
- The Quick filter for Closed jobs is updated to reflect the changes, ensuring accurate filtering.
- Users can perform all activities on reopened jobs, like active jobs, including unfreezing the applications screen for further use.
