Enhancement - Home – Meeting – View Shared Calendar

Xeople Recruit introduces the View Shared Calendar feature, allowing users to access a comprehensive list of all employees who have shared their calendars. Through a simple click on each employee, users can effortlessly explore individual calendars along with associated details.

Key Changes:

  • The View Shared Calendar checkbox now appears at the top of the screen, automatically deselected when no calendars are available for viewing. Upon selecting this option, the right overlay opens, showcasing a list of all employees who have shared their calendars.
  • By default, no employees are selected, and users can choose specific employees to view their calendars.
  • A status line at the top of the overlay screen reads: You are viewing calendar of employee(s).
  • Checkboxes are displayed next to employee names, allowing users to select/deselect names for calendar viewing.
  • After deselecting any employee, the calendar will revert to the default user calendar.
  • If a user selects a name:
    • The selected employee’s calendar is displayed.
    • Mouse hover on any activity triggers a pop-up, maintaining consistency with the existing application.
  • For shared calendars:
    • If only basic details are shared, users can view title, duration, attendees, and organiser.
    • If all details are shared, users can view comprehensive information in view mode.
  • Basic Details:
    • Clicking on an activity’s title on the calendar opens a pop-up displaying basic details, consistent with the existing application.
  • All Details:
    • For shared calendars with all details, clicking on the title opens a pop-up with basic details and a View Activity button at the bottom.
    • Clicking View Activity opens a right overlay displaying all details of the activity in view mode.
  • Additionally, when choosing a name to view their calendar:
    • A static line appears at the top of the meeting screen, indicating the relevant username. For example: You are viewing calendar of Amrita Kaul.
    • If no employee is checked/selected, this line remains hidden.
