In this release, we have enhanced the Share Calendar pop-up by adding a description and incorporating the Shared Till date in the Revoke Sharing feature.
Key Changes:
- Enhanced Share Calendar Pop-up: When on the Meeting screen and clicking on Share Calendar, the pop-up now opens with a description as show in the below screen shot.
- Default Email Settings: By default, the Send Email option is deselected. The display text clarifies, “By default, the system generates an email. Select Send Email to notify employees by inserting templates.” Clicking on Send Email shows the Insert template option, opening the template pop-up to select from a range of predefined templates.
- Template Selection for Send Mail: If the Send Email option is checked and no template is selected, clicking on the Share triggers an alert message, stating “Please select an email template.” If the Send mail option is not checked, the system automatically sends a system-generated email.
- View Shared Calendar Overlay: When clicking on View Shared Calendar, the right overlay screen heading is updated to align with the wireframe design.
- Revoke Sharing Enhancement: Clicking on Revoke Sharing now includes a new column, Share till date, displaying the date in dd/mm/yyyy format.
- Employee Selection in Shared Calendar: Clicking on View shared calendar allows users to view names with checkboxes of those who have shared their calendar. Only one employee can be selected at a time, and the activity screen displays the selected employee’s activities. Unchecking all checkboxes in the right overlay screen restores visibility to the user’s activity screen.
