X.0 - Enhancements

1. Organisation Details – Address Line 2 Optional Field

Address Line 2 field is now optional in the Organisation details section under the Administrator.

2. Dashboard – Source Completion Rate – Included Broadbean Child Sources

The Source Completion Rate metric now includes Broadbean child sources, allowing recruiters and hiring managers to accurately track individual Broadbean sources' contributions to candidate applications and refine sourcing strategies. Broadbean appears as a clickable hyperlink representing the total count as a parent source. Clicking on Broadbean reveals all associated child sources with corresponding metrics. Each child source displays numbers across relevant columns, such as Visitors and Successfully Submitted, justifying the total count shown for the parent source. Filters, including date range, apply specifically to Broadbean child sources.

3. Dashboard – Ready to Hire

Updated the dashboard to count candidates in any stage mapped to Ready to Hire stage type as Hired, ensuring accurate conversion metrics across sections.

4. Marketplace – Entire OnHire – Subscribe – Share Job, Client and Contacts to EOH

After subscribing to the Share Job, Share Client(s), and Share Contact(s) features, you can share or update jobs, clients, and contacts with Entire OnHire (EOH). By default, the Super Admin receives notifications for these actions, and you can add employees from various organisations to the notification list. Clicking the + icon opens a pop-up to select organisations and employees. Selected employees are displayed with their names (Ashu Mainwal) and organisation codes (XRI).

5. Global Search – Removed

Removed the global search feature as it is not working right now in the application. We will implement this in future.

    6. Candidate Summary – Data Update – Share Personnel to EOH – Applicant/Member

    We have activated the Member option. When a user enters data while sharing an Applicant or Members from XeopleRecruit (XR) to Entire OnHire (EOH) the data is save in the Candidate Summary page (master copy) with the following field mappings:

    • First & Family Name: Mapped to Last Name in XR.
    • Gender: Updated under Additional Information.
    • Date of Birth (DOB): Updated under Additional Information.
    • Phone Number: Mapped to Candidate Phone Number under General Information.
    • Address (Link to Map): Updated in the label from Street Address to Address (Link to Map).

    Additionally, if a resume is updated, the system replaces the current version in the Resume section and archives the previous version in the version history.

    7. Xeep Logo Implementation: Home & Job Summary (Card view)

    Xeep’s logo is now added when a candidate moves to Hired, Xeep eats a cookie. If rejected via dropdown or dislike, Xeep does a bin shot. On login, Xeep waves by default.

    8. Across Application – Call Page

    The call download option is available on relevant pages (summary & call history). The Conversation field links to the calling app if a recording exists; otherwise, it stays empty. The Source field auto-populates for installed apps, while manual calls are listed as Manual Call Register. The mandatory Call Status field is added to the call log and manual call log pop-up, also appearing in the Activity section & more.

    9. Master Data - Job Workflow – Add New Stage

    Enabled the Add New Stage button, allowing users to insert a parent stage/substage/sub-substage anywhere in the existing workflow between the first and last stage.

    Note: Adding a stage at position 2 shows 0 days/NA for candidates beyond it. Like & Reject adjust, and stage changes update dynamically, allowing backward movement.

    10. EOH Data - Filters & Actions

    Added EOH ID, Synced By, and Synced On to Actions & Filters for filtering and displaying EOH-synced data on the Candidates Landing page.

    11. Across Application – Enabled Call Option

    Enabled the call option to make calls if a calling app is integrated and installed in your system.

    12. Job Summary - Closed Job

    Enabled access to view all applicants for closed jobs, removing scroll restrictions while keeping the workflow arrow non-clickable & more.
