In this release, we've enhanced the Job Action screens by reordering the tabs sequence and activating the timeline feature. Clicking on the timeline now displays all jobs, including expired and closed ones, for the candidate. Additionally, we've added hyperlinks to candidate profiles, allowing direct access to the candidate summary page. Additionally, other improvements have been implemented to enhance user experience and efficiency.
Key changes:
- The sequence of tabs in Job Actions has been updated to improve user experience.
- The Timeline feature has been added. Clicking on it now opens all jobs for the specific candidate, including expired and closed ones. Current jobs are displayed on top, highlighted, along with the total count of jobs on the screen. Additionally, each job now shows its Job ref ID. This change is updated in the other areas to like the Job Summary
- Hyperlinks have been added to view the Candidate Summary
- Clicking on the profile picture or mouse hover will display the label View Candidate Profile.
- When clicking on the candidate's name it opens a contact card, a hyperlink is placed to open the candidate profile in a new tab and hovering will show the label View Candidate Profile.
- Hyperlinks for Client & Job Summary: Client and job names are now hyperlinks that directs to the Client and Job Summary pages, respectively. Mouse over displays labels View Client Summary and View Job Summary.
- Close Job Action:
- The action pop-up closes smoothly when all data is saved.
- In cases where unsaved data is present, you now have clear options when clicking the close icon. You can choose to Exit without Saving or Save & Exit, along with the cancel option.
