Engagement & Activities Require Attention

This article continues from My Performance section. To review the previous article, click here: My Performance.

  • Engagement: This section displays overall engagement metrics and allows users to view data in multiple chart formats—Pie, Line, Bar, or Column.

Information: The default view is a Pie chart.

    • Clicking chart will display different chart types like, column, line graph and bar.
    • Select any from the drop-down as per your needs.
    • The section features a Full Screen View icon for users to expand the view for a better experience and return to the normal view by clicking the Section View icon.
    • Click on the collapse or expand button to toggle the visibility of the section and view more or less information.

Note: This section reflects data based on selected Global filters, independent of Job filters. To read more on how a Filter works, click here: Recruitment funnel filters & Job-related Filters.

Note: Each engagement type’s total within the user(s)-selected timeframe is calculated and displayed as Total Activities = 2000, with each type’s percentage represented in the chart. Hovering over each pie section shows a tooltip with engagement details—total sent and received for Email and SMS, total incoming and outgoing for Calls, and total counts for Notes and Meetings.

    • Clicking on any engagement section of the Pie chart opens a pop-up with column chart.

  • Activities Require Attention: This section displays unread notifications for each activity based on the selected global filters. Job workflow, jobs, and job status have no impact on this section. This section is user-specific and will highlight only the activities with new notifications.
    • The section features a Full Screen View icon for users to expand the view for a better experience and return to the normal view by clicking the Section View icon.
    • Click on the collapse or expand button to toggle the visibility of the section and view more or less information.
        • Candidate Email(s): Displays the number of new emails received from candidates.
        • Unread Application(s): Displays the number of new applications received for active jobs.
        • Job(s) Expiring Soon: Displays the number of jobs expiring within the selected time period.
        • Job(s) Unpublished: Displays the number of jobs not published on any job boards.
        • Job(s) Not Closed: Displays the number of jobs that are not yet closed.
        • Job(s) Not Sourced: Displays the number of jobs without candidates mapped.
        • Unassigned Candidate(s) show the count of all candidates not assigned to any job, created by the logged-in recruiter. For example, if there are 300 unassigned candidates in total, but John dee, as a recruiter, has created 20 active unassigned candidates, only 20 will be displayed.

Note: In the Required Attention section, fields with a count of zero will not be displayed as they do not require attention.
