Resolved Issues
1. CV Parsing Issue: Seek Applications
We have successfully addressed the issue where the CV attached to a person applying through our database on Entire was parsed. Previously, the updated version of their CV submitted through Seek was not being transferred. With this fix, the system now accurately parses and includes the updated CV version when individuals apply through Seek, ensuring that the most recent information is captured seamlessly.


2. CV Parsing and Xeople Smart Email – First and Last Name as Undefined for some Candidates
- For records with undefined or blank First Name or Last Name, manual intervention is required for updates.
- Mapped candidates now have a Profile Update option in the global three-dots menu on the Job summary page for easy information reflection.
- If a Profile picture is unavailable, default initials (based on first name and last name) auto-update upon page details entry, visible wherever displayed.



3. Clone Job – Date and the Expiry Days not getting reset
We resolved the issue where cloning a job now properly resets the filed date, creation date, and expired days.
4. Email Signature appears as either X’s or Question Marks
We resolved the issue where, after providing signatures in the Email Settings, sending an email while inserting a template now prominently displays the email signature.
