New Feature - Client, Candidate and Contacts Landing - Proximity Filter

In this release, we've included a proximity search feature, enabling you to locate clients by entering an address and setting a specific kilometer (KM) range within that address as a permanent filter.

Key Highlights:

  • A new Proximity button has been added to the List/Graph View on the Client, Candidate and Contacts Landing
  • The tooltip indicates Proximity Search when hovering over the button.
  • Clicking on it, opens a pop-up screen, the pop-up includes two fields:
    • From Location which is Google pin location.
    • Proximity within (distance) for specifying the KM range.
  • An arrow icon allows you to adjust the KM.
  • The pop-up also includes Search and Close
  • Upon entering the address or postal code, the system fetches the latitude and longitude of the location from the backend. Using this data, the system searches for nearby clients within the specified KM range.
  • In case of clients, after the search, the system displays the nearby clients based on proximity. A new Proximity column has been added to the Client Landing page, showing the proximity in the result set. Records with the least proximity are displayed at the top, and the count is shown dynamically. A cross icon allows you to remove the proximity filter.
  • Similarly, in the Candidate and Contacts sections, a new Proximity column is placed after the location field, showing proximity details.
  • You can set a maximum 8-digit integer value for the proximity field. Negative values and decimal numbers are not permitted.
  • In the Client Landing page, the Proximity column appears after the full address column. In the Client Graph view, it is displayed after the Client Name
  • Proximity Search is a permanent filter, retaining its settings even when you leave the screen and return.
