Client Activities

The Activity section under a client summary page serves as a comprehensive log of all interactions, communications, and events related to a specific client throughout the recruitment process. Its primary purpose is to provide you a centralised platform to track and manage client engagement efficiently.

Here's a detailed breakdown of its functionalities:

  • The Client Activity page records details of client creation, including the client's name and the creator.

  • Furthermore, it monitors closed jobs.
  • The centralised platform enables the addition of notes for each client, documenting observations and feedback for future reference and decision-making.
  • Moreover, it facilitates the recording of meetings and communication activities, ensuring all interactions are documented for efficient communication management.

To navigate to the client activity page, follow these steps:

  • Navigate to the main navigation header bar and click on Clients.
  • You will find a list of all clients. By clicking on a client, you will be redirected to the Client Summary page. Then, navigate to the Activity section.
  • Here you can find all the activities related to the client.

Note: You can perform various actions from the Activity page, including sending emails, creating meetings, and adding notes. Click on the (+) button and select any option as per you needs.

Client Summary Page - Activity

Note: The three sections on the Activity page - Older, Last 30 days, and Upcoming - provides a standardised way of organising client-related activities, making it easier for you to navigate and understand the information presented.

Note: The Refresh option updates the page for the latest data, while Search helps quickly find specific client activities.

Information: Clicking on any record within the activity tab will direct you to the specific section to view the record in detail. For example, clicking on a note within the activity tab will redirect you to the Notes section of that particular log to view its details.
